Individual Therapy (Telehealth)
I offer one-on-one virtual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to navigate their current season of life. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and feel supported as you move forward. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and judgment-free, where you can show up as your full self. Sessions are conversational and intentional, with room to reflect, process, and develop practical tools for meaningful growth.
Faith-Based Integration (Optional)
Faith can be an important part of healing and growth. For clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into therapy, I offer a space where both emotional and spiritual well-being can be explored.

Format: Telehealth (virtual sessions)
Session Length: 53- 60 minutes
Location: California, Illinois, & Texas
Insurance: Accepted through a secure booking system
Aetna , Carelon, Cigna, Ascension, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Shield of California, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.
Self-pay sessions are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance, desire greater privacy, or are seeking additional flexibility in their care.
