  • Individual Therapy (Telehealth)

I offer one-on-one virtual therapy for older teens (15+) and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to navigate their current season of life. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and feel supported as you move forward. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

Areas I Support

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. I commonly work with clients who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Confidence and self-esteem concerns

  • Identity exploration and self-discovery

  • School, college, and early adulthood stress

  • Relationship challenges and boundary setting

  • Mood shifts, burnout, or feeling disconnected

  • Life transitions and adjustment periods

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I show up as a human first, therapist second, creating a space that feels supportive, honest, and judgment-free. Sessions feel conversational and intentional, with room to reflect, feel, and grow at a pace that feels manageable.

Session Details

  • Format: Telehealth (virtual sessions)

  • Session Length: 60 minutes

  • Location: Texas & Illinois

  • Insurance: Accepted through a secure booking system

    • Aetna , Carelon, Cigna, Ascension, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania

  • I offer self-pay sessions at a rate of $150 per session for clients who prefer not to use insurance or are seeking greater flexibility.
