What services do you offer?

1

I offer individual psychotherapy through secure, virtual (telehealth) sessions for older teens (15+) and adults seeking support with emotional well-being, life transitions, and mental health concerns.
I am licensed to provide therapy to clients physically located in Texas and Illinois at the time of sessions.

How do I get started?

2

Do you accept out of network benefits?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form —I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

What insurances do you accept?

3

Aetna , Cigna, Carelon, Ascension, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania.

What’s your cancellation policy?

4

You may be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I can provide a monthly superbill (therapy receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company. Please note that submitting claims requires a mental health diagnosis code in your medical record.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage, deductible, session limits, reimbursement rates, and how to submit claims.

I’m happy to answer any questions about the superbill process.

Do you accept self-pay?

5

Yes. My self-pay rate is $150 per 60-minute session. Choosing self-pay allows for greater flexibility, as sessions are not subject to insurance requirements or diagnostic codes.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
I understand that unexpected things happen, and I encourage open communication whenever possible.
